At J.Ahmad Fabrics – JSK Processing Group.pk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Certain items such as sale products, discounted fabrics, and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the item back to us.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested product is not available, you may choose another item of equal value or request store credit.
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless it was our mistake).
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of wrong or defective products.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Sale/discounted items.
Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered.
Customized or special-order products.
