Returns + Exchanges

At J.Ahmad Fabrics – JSK Processing Group.pk, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Certain items such as sale products, discounted fabrics, and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the item back to us.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested product is not available, you may choose another item of equal value or request store credit.

• Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless it was our mistake).

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only in cases of wrong or defective products.

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

• Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale/discounted items.

• Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, or altered.

• Customized or special-order products.
